We want to know how you are practicing, who you are sharing the practices with, and how you envision your community changing to support a lifestyle that includes the practices. 

Our team of Cultural Rejuvenation Specialists will be regularly posting new episodes that relate the state of the purification nation and let you know where our corner of the action is taking place as we navigate the globe.  Our goal is to deeply educate the project’s crew in the practices and the process of building a community and culture around them.

A message from The Specialists:

Welcome to the home of Cultural Rejuvenation.  We have been exploring the labyrinth of spirituality for quite a long time now.  Like many of you, we have earned our degrees, read our books, attended countless workshops, joined groups, studied with masters, maintained altars, developed meditation practices, fasted, feasted, chanted and prayed.  All the while we’ve kept our energetic antennae up hoping for the Universe to come along with the real punchline.

Our efforts appear to have been worthwhile.  Over the last year we have invited into our lives the pieces we feel had been missing from our Spiritual Game.  Through a series of unseen miracles and divine circumstance, we began to receive pieces of the puzzle, many of which were quite familiar to us. Yet as we assembled the pieces into a cohesive practice, we came to the realization that our entire way of being had been somehow transformed.

An ancient code of discipline has revealed itself in the context of the new frequencies we are living at in this era. We sometimes describe it as a method for pain-free living, or a system for comfortably inhabiting the human experience.  It is powerful precisely because the practices themselves are pleasurable and easy.  Integrating the practices into life feels completely in alignment with nature, and everyday our enjoyment and appreciation of them deepens.

We have put together a beautiful, simple version of these practices that has had a profound impact on our lives.  Now we would like to share all of this with you.  We call ourselves Cultural Rejuvenation because it is clear that this information has the ability to breathe new life into our world, one soul at a time.  Doing the practices opens up the space inside of us that we need in order to take those breaths.
